Bookings
Events serving up to five people, must be booked no later than 72 hours before your requested affair date and time. Any bookings made 24-71 hours before the requested date and time will incur a "Fashionably Late" surcharge of $65.
Events serving six or more people must be booked no later than 5 days before your requested affair date. Any bookings made with less than five days notice will incur a "fashionably Late" surcharge of $100.
Next day bookings are not available. After booking, we will send a confirmation email of your booking with your affair details within 48 hours.

Please keep in mind that if you book online through the site, your desired affair times are just requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email that you have been booked during your desired times. If the time in which you request is booked, you will receive notice and be offered an alternative date and/or time. It is highly recommended that you chat us or email us BEFORE booking online in order to ensure availability on your desired date and time. Booking prior to confirmation of availability will not result in a refund. We do our best to accommodate each guest during their desired date and time. Slots fill up fast!

Deposits
Deposits will be required to secure all affairs if inquiries are received at least two weeks before your desired affair date. 30% of your total affair will be due within five days of receiving your invoice unless stated otherwise on your invoice. If your desired affair date falls within two weeks of your inquiry, a 50% deposit or full payment will be required. Your balance must be paid in full at a minimum of seven days before your affair. Any unpaid balances remaining within six days before your affair will incur a "Fashionably Late" surcharge of $100 or your affair may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation will not result in a refund.

**Please keep in mind that each affair is specially curated for you. Deposits are used to begin purchasing items needed for your affair.

Posh Park ATL Proposal & Services Contracts
You (the "client") will receive a service contract. All contracts must be entered upon and signed before services may be rendered and preferably before any invoices shall be paid. Please consider all terms and conditions before booking.

Locations
We can set up your affair anywhere of your choosing including local parks, venues and your home. We do not allow the client to select the exact location within the park due to accessibility, increased patronage, scheduled public events, etc., unless a specific location, such as a gazebo, has been rented. Specific locations will incur a fee of $75 - $100 depending on the distance of the specific location from parking. All outdoor picnics conclude at 8:30p, regardless of the time in which you book. This is for your safety and ours. At home and venue affairs may extend until 9p unless an overnight affair has been booked.

Day-of Booking
On the day of your posh experience, we will have the picnic ready at your reserved time and location. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before that time. We will send our pinpointed location via text 20 - 30 minutes before your picnic starts. We will leave during your picnic and return at the end of the reservation to pack and clean up. If you need to leave early, please text your posh socialite at least 30 minutes before your desired departure. We ask that you do not leave picnicking site unattended if picnicking around the city. No same day or day before changes to your affair will be permitted.
PLEASE NOTE: In the rare case that your picnic is NOT ready at the time of your reservation for any unforeseen circumstance, please understand we are working as hard and as fast as we can to circumvent each delay. Some elements may be beyond our control (including Atlanta traffic, vendors, rental companies, wind & weather, etc) and we will let you know as soon as possible if your picnic/affair will be delayed. We ask that you remain understanding as each affair is perfectly curated for you and your guests. You will still receive the complete 2 - 3 hour reservation time plus an additional 30 minutes for this inconvenience.

Permits
Atlanta City Parks & Recreation highly suggests a permit to host your picnic. For our assistance with obtaining this permit, you will be charged a $70 permit and set up fee to set up your affair in any Atlanta park. This fee may be paid via invoice or Zelle! OR you may visit Atlanta Parks & Recreation to purchase the permit on your own. If you purchase the permit on your own, please email your permit number to ken@poshparkatl.com a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled affair. Please try to schedule your affair at least two weeks in advance if you desire a picnic in the park experience to ensure the permit can be retrieved in time. If you would like to avoid this fee, please select a location outside of Atlanta's parks or at your home.
***You may contact us to see if we already have a permit for the date of your inquiry. We will cover your permit fee at a discounted rate of $35.

Weather Advisory
If you are picnicking outside and there is a 40% chance of rain or higher on the day of your picnic, your picnic may be rescheduled, relocated to an indoor venue (of your choice), or a $75 bubble tent rental fee may be assessed, all of the above at our discretion. Our goal is to keep your affair as safe and dry as possible. You may discuss your options with your posh socialite. It mustn't be raining during set up time in order for the bubble tent may be used as an option. If winds are 10 mph or higher, we may opt not to to set up any teepees, tents, cabanas or drapery. Please understand this is for your safety and this will not result in a refund. We cannot control the weather. Please be sure to check the weather prior to selecting the date of your affair. We will work hard to follow through with your reservation before resorting to rescheduling.

PLEASE NOTE: Atlanta's weather is unpredictable. We do our best to accommodate for the weather forecast prior to the day of your affair, however, there will be times, especially during Atlanta's prime rainy months, when the forecast will not accurately predict rain chances. Due to this factor, last minute adjustments have to be made such as bubble tent rentals, relocating, and rescheduling. In the case of such occurrences, we ask that you remain flexible as we work to accommodate you. We want your affair to be the best possible experience and we are willing to do everything possible to ensure this happens before resorting to rescheduling. If we move forward with your affair, please be advised your affair may or may not experience a delay in start time. We will inform you immediately if the weather will cause a delay in your affair. You will still receive the complete 2 - 3 hour reservation time plus an additional 30 minutes for this inconvenience and if the weather permits. Also, if we move forward with your affair outside and your affair is rained on, unfortunately, this does not result in a refund or rescheduling.

Travel
We can set the scene in your backyard, living room, Piedmont, Grant, or Freedom Park and/or any other park that permits around the city! Our central location is in Chamblee, Ga. Affairs requiring us to travel 20 or more miles outside of this location will incur additional travel fees. Travel fees include a $35 service fee plus $.99 a mile.

Cancellation Policy
In the event in which you must cancel your affair, please contact us immediately. Affairs can be rescheduled up to six months post your original affair date. There is no additional charge to cancel/reschedule your affair if cancelled a minimum of 48 hours before your reservation. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations.

In the event you must reschedule, please contact us a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation. Affairs can be rescheduled up to six months post your original affair date. There is no additional charge to reschedule your affair if rescheduling is requested a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation. Any affairs requesting rescheduling within 23 hours of your affair date, may be subject to a rebooking fee of $125. This fee will be assessed at our discretion.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this moment for any reason. Affairs can be rescheduled in cases of illness and inclement weather. We understand that things may happen that are beyond your control and we would be happy to set up your affair on another day. Please contact us via email or phone to reschedule immediately.

Posh Property& Assumption of Risk and Liability Disclaimer
We love bringing you the highest quality experiences with the highest quality items, therefore, we ask that you handle all items with care. By booking, you are agreeing that If any items are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you may be subject to a replacement or repair fee. Once your affair is completely set up by your posh socialite, please refrain from moving, relocating or adjusting decor items, including all picnic tables, umbrellas and teepee tents. This will avoid any accidental injuries and damage to Posh Property. Please note, we are not and cannot be held legally liable or responsible for personal injuries, illnesses, or any other condition or effect occurring during your personal time while renting or using Posh Property that may result directly or indirectly from using Posh Property. By booking, you agree you are renting at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any accidental injuries to self and damage to property. In acknowledgement, by booking our services, you hereby release and discharge to the fullest extent any legal responsibility and liability of Posh Park ATL by KenxDoll LLC for all claims, damages, personal injuries, illnesses or other conditions. Once your posh socialite leaves all rental items in your possession, you are fully responsible and liable for the use of all items in your possession.

Covid-19 Precautions
We are following all local and state guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing to help stop the spread of Covid-19. We ask that you take the necessary precautions to slow the spread as well. Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premise owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
